Torches, a premium cannabis dispensary in the heart of mid-town NYC had just found a new home in the old Nat Sherman cigar factory building, just steps from Grand Central Terminal. For this new endeavor, they wanted help refining their brand voice and developing some key messaging elements across in-store, OOH and digital channels that would both welcome tourists and convince savvy commuters to trade their “road sodas” for something a little more refined.
